Joni Miringoff

When Joni started at The Flower Fields 30 years ago, she saw endless possibilities and still sees it that way. She has created a vibrant and growing visitors’ program, that includes tours from across the country. She also started a docent program that involves over 140 volunteers from the community. Her past and current involvements include: Hospice of the North Coast, ArtSplash, Carlsbad Citizen of the Year, Carlsbad Chamber Leadership Award, Carlsbad Arts Commissioner.
