Dr. Yvonne’s Journey:
Dr. Scarlett has had a fascinating career path—starting in corporate travel, then engineering, real estate, and finally into medicine. Her personal health challenges, including chronic migraines and autoimmune issues, led her to explore Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and holistic wellness. The results were life-changing—within a few sessions her migraines disappeared, and over time her insomnia, ulcers, and anxiety improved as well.
Pivot to Medicine:
Although she once pursued pre-med in Jamaica, it wasn’t until her own healing journey that she felt called to bring this knowledge to others. She trained extensively in Chinese medicine and functional medicine, logging over 3,500 clinical hours, before founding Red Lotus Wellness Center in Carlsbad.

• Chronic pain relief (restoring blood flow, reducing inflammation, and healing tissues)
